The b3d was very comfortable. The lady who helped me at the reception maked sure I get king size bed.i loved that an she was so friendly. I felt welcome at the reception

The people in the front desk was very helpful and friendly. The location is good. Room relatively small if more than 2 are in the room but good for 1 person. Nice comfortable bed

Modern finishes, hotel smells amazing, everything is clean, sockets work well, staff is very responsive to requests, the hourly shuttle is very convenient, it is near the mall, daily housekeeping. The property facilities are just amazing.

Great location, value for money. A complimentary hourly shuttle to and from the Sandton Mall which was so convenient and made my trip comfortable as a solo traveller.
